Stewed Apples
Step 1
Combine the stewed apple ingredients in a small sauce pot. Stir. Cover and cook on medium low for 15 minutes or until soft. Always taste them after they're cooked. Sometimes, they need a little (1/2 teaspoon) sugar.

Pour apples in a bowl, cover them with oatmeal, and top with Greek yogurt and nuts.
