Instructions
Step 1
Saute the Garlic and Onion until onion is cooked. At the same time, start steaming your bell pepper
Step 2
Remove 1/2 the onion and set aside
Step 3
Add the Ground beef to the pan and cook until browned
Step 4
Add Beans, sliced olives, Taco Seasoning and 3/4 cup of water. Heat to boiling and let simmer for 3-4 minutes
Step 5
Remove meat from pan, spray with oil
Step 6
saute the rest of the onions with the bell peppers
Step 7
Spoon mixture and bell peppers into the lettuce leaves
