Instructions
Step 1
Brown ground meat in pan on medium heat with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, ginger, and minced garlic.
Step 2
When meat is roughly 3/4 cooked, remove from pan and set aside.
Step 3
Add more olive oil and more cracked pepper to the pan.
Step 4
Toss in cole slaw mix and sliced onion. Stir occasionally until slaw begins to wilt.
Step 5
Add meat back to pan and combine. Add soy sauce and sriracha to taste and until color looks tan.
