Instructions
Step 1
Get sausages / bacon ready on a tray and into the oven and or cut fruit ready for serving.
Step 2
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and make a well.
Step 3
Measure milk first into a measuring jug. Then add the eggs and mix
Step 4
Slowly add the eggs and milk mixture to the dry ingredients centre and whisk to get lumps out
Step 5
Lightly fry each pancake and flip when it starts to bubble on a medium heat.
