Instructions

Step 1
Whisk together 2.5 Tbsps of oil, the lime juice, cumin, garlic, cilantro, and pepper flakes.
Step 2
Toss in chicken breasts and marinate for 40 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Season chicken with salt and pepper then sear in skillet with the remaining marinade.
Step 5
Searing should be 5 minutes one side and 2 minutes the other.
Step 6
Place the chicken-filled skillet in the oven for about 10 to 12 minutes.

Serve with fries, tortilla chips, or rice.
