Instructions
Step 1
place chicken thighs into a large bowl and mix with 1 tbsp garlic salt, 1 tbsp pepper, 1 tbsp chili powder, ½ tbsp cumin, 1 tbsp paprika, 2 tbsp minced garlic, 3 tbsp lime juice, and 2 tbsp chipotle sauce.
Step 2
cover bowl with saran wrap and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 3
cook 1 cup rice with 1 cup chicken bone broth until fluffy.
Step 4
cook chicken over oil for about 5 minutes on each side or until you see color.
Step 5
once cooked, diced chicken into small pieces and mix with diced onion and cilantro
Step 6
assemble chicken and rice within a tortilla and wrap with aluminum foil(if meal prepped).
