Instructions

Step 1
Pulse the cauliflower in a food processor until it resembles couscous. Put a large pan on

a high heat and add a splash of water. Tip
Step 3
in the cauliflower and saute for 5-7 minutes until soft and squeeze over the lime juice and sprinkle over the turmeric.
Step 4
Allow to cool completely (unless eating a portion straight away), season well with

salt and pepper and add in the chopped coriander (cilantro) when cool. Divide into six portions.
