Instructions

Step 1
Cut the meat into thin slices and mix with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of frying oil, 2 Tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp fish sauce, 1 squeezed clove of garlic and 1/5 of ginger. Set aside, for time to prepare the sauce and vegetables.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 3 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp. sesame oil, 2 tbsp fish sauce fish sauce, juice of 1/2 lime, 1 and 1/2 tbsp cane sugar, 1 squeezed garlic clove, 1/5 chopped ginger, finely chopped chili pepper in the amount as desired and 150 ml of water. Mix everything together and set aside.
Step 3
Prepare the vegetables: 150 g of green beans, cut the onion into cubes, carrots and bell pepper into small strips, 1 garlic clove and the remaining ginger in thin slices and chili according to preference for spiciness. Fry all the vegetables together in 3 tablespoons of oil over very high heat for 7 minutes and set aside.
Step 4
Fry the meat with 2 tablespoons of oil over very high heat for about 3 minutes, then pour the prepared sauce into the meat and after another 3 minutes, add the vegetables. Combine together and after 3 minutes the dish is ready.
