Instructions
Step 1
Cook chicken, peas, carrots, onion, rosemary, salt, and pepper in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 10 to 12 minutes or until browned.
Step 2
Whisk together broth and flour; add to skillet. Cook 6 to 8 minutes or until thickened. Serve chicken mixture over Rosemary Mashed Potatoes recipe.
Step 3
Bring potatoes and water to cover to a boil in a large saucepan. Cook 12 to 14 minutes or until tender; drain well, and return to pan.
Step 4
Add sour cream, rosemary, salt, and pepper to potatoes; mash with a potato masher to desired smoothness.
