Step 1
in 6 quart pan sauté diced onion until soft and then add burger, garlic, and oregano. Brown the burger and then drain grease. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, mushrooms and tomato paste to burger and then stir in bay leaves. simmer for 20-30 minutes over low heat.
