Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into half inch cubes.
Step 2
Mix the salt, sugar, soy sauces, and wine.
Step 3
Heat a wok over high heat until smoking. Add the oil. Add the whites of the green onions and let sizzle. Add the tofu. Gently turn and fold the cubes to blend with the oil and green onion for one minute.
Step 4
Add the sauce. Lower the heat, cover and cook for one minute.
Step 5
Add the green onions.
