Cut all the vegetables. Soak the toor daal for 10 min.
Take pressure cooker.
Heat the oil.
Add the mustard seeds
sort all the vegies.
after one min add the soaked toor daal
sort for the 5 min
Add oats. and sort for half min.
Add water
Put the cooker lid and whistle it 2 times
dish ready
