Ingredients

Shrimp
2 lbsshrimp
uncooked
1 tspgarlic powder
1 tsponion powder
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspItalian seasoning
olive oil
Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, season your shrimp, add a drizzle of olive oil & toss everything together
Step 2
Cook your shrimp for about 3 minutes on each side or until your shrimp is about done
Step 3
Remove your shrimp from the pan & back into your bowl once cooked. In the same pan add in your butter (a drizzle of olive oil if needed) and sauté your onion and garlic for about 3 minutes
Step 4
After about 3 minutes, add in your grape tomatoes and sauté for a few minutes
Step 5
Now, add in your chicken broth and bring to a quick boil, then add in your heavy cream and simmer for about 3-5 minutes on low-medium heat
Step 6
Add in your freshly grated Parmesan cheese & stir until completely melted. When your sauce is nice and smooth and in your seasonings and mix well
Step 7
Throw in your spinach and add back in your shrimp. Continue to simmer on low-medium heat until your spinach wilts down
Step 8
Give your sauce a taste & adjust the seasonings to your liking or keep it as is (feel free to add more cayenne and red pepper flakes)
Step 9
Add in cooked pasta
