Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
mix the two sugars, salt and cinnamon together.
Step 3
wisk egg white and water together
Step 4
In a bowl add pecans and egg mixture. Stir until the pecans are coated.
Step 5
Mix in sugar mixture in with the pecans and coat well.
Step 6
Spread pecans onto the baking sheet in one layer and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Ster the mix every 15 minutes so the bake evenly,
Step 7
Remove from the oven, let cool then enjoy.
