Instructions
Step 1
In a small pot with a lid, fill 3/4 of the way with water, add salt and vinegar and bring to a simmer. Add eggs one at a time, wait 30 seconds before adding another egg to the pot. Place lid and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes. Remove eggs with a slotted spoon to a napkin to absorb some of the water then place on your dish.
