Ingredients

28 ozcan of diced tomatoes
undrained
0.5 poundcarrots
peeled and sliced
1 poundfresh green beans
ends cut off and chopped
2 ozfresh baby spinach
1 cupyellow onion
small, peeled and chopped
4 clovesgarlic
minced
15 ozcan of kidney beans
drained and rinsed
15 ozcan of cannellini beans
drained and rinsed
1 teaspoonhoney
2 tablespoonsItalian seasonings
2bay leaves
small
¼ teaspoonground black pepper
6 cupschicken broth
1 cuppasta
uncooked, not needed until day of cooking, I used small shells

Step 2
Label your freezer bags with the name of the recipe, use-by date (3 months from the prep day), and cooking instructions.
Step 3
Split ingredients evenly between two bags.
Step 4
(Omit pasta)
Step 5
Remove as much air as possible, seal, and freeze.
Step 6
Cook
Step 7
Thaw overnight in refrigerator.
Step 8
Add to crockpot and cook for 8 hours on "low" setting.
Step 9
Add pasta and cook additional 30 minutes.
Step 10
Remove bay leaf and serve with crackers or bread.
