Instructions

Step 1
Mix the meat,flour , onion,add salt &pepper
Step 2
Fingers are made from it in the form of kebab and fried with cooking oil
Step 3
Put the fried bread in casserole and arrange the kebab on it.

Cut onion rings and saute with sumac in the pan then put in casserole
Step 5
Cut tomatoes and green pepper and add in casserole
Step 6
Cover with bread, make holes and pour tomato sauce mixed with little water.
Step 7
Cook in the oven ,medium heat until the liquid disappear, serve hot
