soak overnight, cover beans above 1" with water Rinse before using

Step 1
Add oil to hot pot, brown beef. Add onion, stir a little. Then add garlic & spices. Cook until fragrant. Add balance ingredients. Set for 20 minutes after comes to pressure. Natural release.
