5 steps
Prep:5minCook:15min
This is one of my favorite recipes for Keto friendly Flatbread. Make extra to keep in the fridge for quick meals. These flatbreads make great for avocado toast, mini pizzas or just to accompany your regular meals!

Instructions

Step 1
I start by slowly melting my two cheeses together in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time making sure to stir in between so that the cheese is fully incorporated. It’s important to do this slowly as cheese can burn easily in the microwave.
Step 2
Once my cheese looks like dough consistency, I work in 1 beaten egg. As the dough starts to come together with the egg, add in your baking soda before starting to add your flour.
Step 3
Add your flour slowly. 1 tablespoons at a time. Almond flour is very absorbent so it will take 3-4 tablespoons depending on how dense of a flatbread you are trying to make.
Step 4
I formed my dough into 8 mini flatbreads and baked in my air fryer for 8-10 mins on 325. I took them out when they were slightly underdone as I was then going to grill them.
Step 5
Before grilling I brushed with a little olive oil and sprinkled on some garlic salt and then grilled for a few mins.
