Instructions

Step 1
Wash the clams, in a pan add the olive oil, garlic and chopped chili, sauté for 3 min in medium low heat. Add the chorizo and cook for 5 min.
Step 2
Add the clams and combine
Step 3
Pour in the white wine, put the lid on and cook for 5 min.
Step 4
Add the mustard and butter, season with salt, black pepper and chopped coriander, combine.
Step 5
Pour the lemon juice and serve.
