Instructions

Step 1
Heat milk with sugar until they almost come to boil.
Step 2
Pour a small amount of Hyde milk and sugar into the egg yolks, whisking all the while.
Step 3
Gradually pour the egg mixture into the saucepan, whisking constantly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.
Step 4
Blend the cornstarch with 1/4 cup cold water. Add to the saucepan.
Step 5
Bring the custard to a boil, whisking constantly for several min. until it thickens. Remove form heat.
Step 6
Stir in vanilla and whiskey.
