Instructions
Step 1
Take your left over Roast, put it in a pan and cover with water. Boil all day long (you could do this in a crock pot too) to make it tender.
Step 2
Shred the meat. Remove water from the pan and put the meat back in and add a jar of your favorite salsa. Strir well and heat through.
Step 3
Put meat and shredded cheese in a flour tortilla and roll it like a burrito.
Step 4
Fry in oil to crisp it up. Serve with salsa and sour cream
