Instructions
Step 1
Peel and trim off the ends of jicama, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Stacking a few slices at a time, cut the slices lengthwise into 1/4-inch-thick matchsticks.
Step 2
Soak jicama sticks in cold water and store in fridge for freshness (if needed). Place jicama sticks on a plate nicely, drizzle with sugar and serve immediately.
