Step 1
In a bigger pot or deep pan saute the onion for a few minutes.

Disolve the arrowroot powder in small amount of water makonf sure there are no clumps. Add to the pot and stir in.
Step 5
Turn the heat down to simmer and cook for arround 30 min.
