Instructions
Step 1
Pour the almonds into a food processor.
Step 2
Pour hot water over the dates to make them soft, then add into the food processor. Blend until crumbly and combined.
Step 3
Squueze then roll dough into about 9 small balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Using a fork, press the balls down so they are flatter.
Step 4
Bake in an oven at 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave to cool before serving.
