Step 1
Cover steak in olive oil, salt and pepper
Step 2
Cut up potatoes, veggies and prepare for mash and to boil veggies. Add salt to both for cooking.

Start cooking potatoes, after about 15-20 mins, start cooking steak and veggies on low
Step 4
After 15-20 mins of potatoes cooking. Put on veggies on low at this point too so they don't get mushy. Start steak on medium heat for 3 mins each side, take off to rest in foil.
Step 5
Cut up mushrooms and onion and cook in steak pan with juices, add butter and garlic and saute, then place in ladle and add 2 tsp gravy mix and hot boiling water and stir
Step 6
Mash Potatoes and add butter and thickened cream
Step 7
Pour steak juices from foil into the gravy and stir
