Step 1
1.5 cups of water to 1 cup rice. Cook this in the meantime, also chunk up some sweet potato and pop in the oven on a baking sheet, you don’t need to put olive oil on it just use baking paper. 220 degrees
Step 2
Boil some lentils in a pot and add in your spices of choice. Put in a basil leaf to pretend you are fancy and then some tomato purée or sauce or whatever is in your fridge and then some cream like coconut milk or soy cream. Add in some peas for veg vibes.
Step 3
Fry up onions on the stove and put in the sweet potatoes. It will be yummy because they’re will be soft on the outside and crispy on the outside.
Step 4
Add ur frying stuff to the pot and pour on your rice. Et voila.
