Ingredients

to cover base of pan
1 heaped tspgarlic
chopped
2 Tbsptomato puree
watered down
1 TbspCurry Powder
Mix powder
1 Tbsphot chilli powder
Extra
¼ tspblack pepper
¼ tspgaram masala
¼ tspsalt
300mlcurry base
watered down
2 tspmalt vinegar
Or red/white wine vinegar
1 tspkasoori methi
Chicken tikka
Pre-cooked
2 piecesfresh tomato
fresh coriander
Instructions
Step 1
Add oil to pan and slowly heat, not too hot.
Step 2
Add garlic and cook for 20-30s
Step 3
Add tomato puree and cook stirring for 40s
Step 4
Add mix powder, chilli powder, black pepper, Garam masala and salt. Cook for 30s. If starting to burn add a touch of base gravy.
Step 5
Add a touch more base and cook for around 1 min
Step 6
Add vinegar, stir and scrape. Add methi, stir and scrape, cook for around 30s
Step 7
Add pre-cooked chicken, stir. Add approx 150ml base gravy and mix contents of pan, cook for 1 min
Step 8
Add approx 150ml base gravy, stir and scrape. Cook for 30s
Step 9
Add 2 tomato wedges, cook for 1 min
Step 10
Add chopped coriander, cook for 15s
