Instructions

Step 1
Locate your food scale. Place container and zero out the weight. Pour Milk in measurement. Add oats and zero each ingredient as you go. Add powders turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and mix. Add Vanilla and mix. Add grain seeds chia seeds, hemp seeds, flax seeds and mix. Slice up banana and mix. Close lid and let it sit overnight enjoy in the morning.
