Instructions

Step 1
Pumpkin mash: bring a small saucepan of water to the boil and place a colander or steamer basket over it.
Step 2
Steam the pumpkin for 4-5 mins until soft
Step 3
Remove from the heat and mash with butter and milk. Stir through the spinach leaves
Step 4
Cook the asparagus
Step 5
Add the oil to the fry pan. Add the skin side down salmon
Step 6
Season with salt and cook for 5 mins on medium to high heat
Step 7
Flip and cook to liking
Step 8
Place all items on plate and eat
