0.5 headgreen cabbage

0.5english cucumber

3 cupscurly kale
stems removed and chopped

2 cupsarugula

½ cupfennel
shaved

¼ cupscallions
finely chopped

¼ cupbroccoli florets
shaved
1can quartered marinated artichoke hearts

½ cuphearts of palm
sliced

1 Tbspvegan mayo

¼ cuptahini

2 Tbspapple cider vinegar

1 Tbsplemon juice

1garlic clove

2 Tbspmaple syrup

⅛ tspblack pepper

¼ tspsalt

4 Tbspwater
for dressing consistency
Instructions
Step 1
1. In a blender, add all inpredients excent for the water and blend on high.
Step 2
2. Add water 1 Tbsp at a time to achieve desired consisteney.
Step 3
For the salad:

1. Thinly slice cabbage, kale, arugula, green onion, broccoli, hearts of palm, fennel, and artichoke.
Step 5
Add to medium bowl.
Step 6
Pour dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
