Instructions
Step 1
Start by slicing a potato into half a cm slices.
Step 2
Lay the potato on some greased tin foil (frylite) and then season and spray the top of them
Step 3
Pop them in the oven for 20 minutes, flipping half way through
Step 4
Fry a chicken breast for two minutes, each side in frylite
Step 5
Chuck a slice of bacon in and butterfly the chicken at the same time
Step 6
Allow the chicken to cook for another couple of minutes, then, when the inside has some colour, sandwich the bacon in the middle of the breast
Step 7
Place a slice of cheese on the chicken, cover and allow it to melt
Step 8
Meanwhile, microwave your peas in some water for 2 minutes
Step 9
Once it’s all done, plate it up and finish the chicken with a tablespoon of bbq sauce.
