1 cancondensed reduced fat and sodium cream of mushroom soup
1 ⅓ cupsfat free milk
¼ cuponion
finely chopped
1 Tpbutter
cut into small pieces
¾ tsppepper
½ tspsalt
cooking spray
1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Step 1
Place first 7 ingredients in a 5-quart slow cooker coated with cooking spray; stir well. Cover with lid and cook on high 1 hr. reduces to low and cook 4 to 5 hrs. Add cheese, stirring gently. Cover and cook 30 min more.
