Instructions
Step 1
Dice the onions and cook until browned
Step 2
Add mince along with ginger garlic, salt, pepper and cayenne

Cook for 10-15 minutes

Add the dolmio sauce and simmer for another 5 minutes

Add some chopped coriander to the chicken mixture

Make white sauce. Finely dice half an onion

Fry the onion lightly with a bit of garlic in the butter

Add the flour to the butter and cook until its pale. Approx 4 mins

Add the milk along with salt, pepper and nutmeg and simmer until sauce thickens. Approx 10 mins
Add a bunch of cheese to the sauce too

Boil the pasta sheets a bit but not fully cook
Step 11
Layer the lasagne. 3 layers of pasta sheets. Roughly 2.5 per layer
Step 12
Bake in the oven at gas mark 6 until the cheese at the top has melted
