Easy, meaty, pasta meal. Great for when you're in a rush. What I love about this meal is you can use fresh or frozen ingredients and it's still just as good. Ideal for those busy night's when the kids have clubs etc.

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas 6. Put the meatballs on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 22 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Step 2 Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large non-stick frying pan, add the onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Stir in the garlic and paprika and cook for a further minute.

Step 3 Add the chopped tomatoes, 300ml water and the crumbled stock cube. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sauce has thickened.
Step 4
Step 4 While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti or tagliatelle in a large pan of boiling water for 7-9 minutes until just cooked. Drain well.
