Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Add tofu, olive oil, dill, red pepper flakes, black pepper, sesame oil, and soy sauce to large bowl; toss to combine. Arrange tofu mixture in single layer on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
