Instructions
Step 1
Chop all veggies in bite size pieces ( not bigger than matchbox )
Step 2
Toss all veggies in olive oil and add the mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Give a good toss to coat all veggies
Step 3
Add cherry tomatoes and rounds of garlic butter. Cover with tinfoil and bake for 30 min or until soft
