Instructions

Mix dry ingredients

Add milk and beaten egg

Stir with whisk until it looks like batter with no lumps

Add about 1/4 cup batter to preheated non-stick fry pan (can also add blueberry or chocolate chips to batter once in pan as well)
Step 5
Cook on medium heat until golden brown (roughly a minute per side)
Step 6
Top with your favorite toppings
