Instructions
Step 1
Boil the edamame and set aside. When cooked, pop the beans from the pods and put in the food processor.
Step 2
Roughly chop the mushrooms, onion and garlic
Step 3
Use some non stick cooking spray and sauté the onions for a few minutes. Then enter the garlic for a few minutes, followed by the mushrooms.
Step 4
Once the mushrooms seem cooked, stir in the miso and allow to combine. Once combined, add the soy sauce, be and allow them to cook together for a few in minutes.
Step 5
Pour the contents of the pan into the food processor, with the edamame, and add the pine nuts.
Step 6
Blitz until it is the desired consistency.
