Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 400 F.
Step 2
Blend all dry ingredients in a small bowl and rub over the top of the salmon. Let salmon rest for 5 minutes before cooking.
Step 3
Heat an oven proof pan over medium high heat. Add olive oil, the salmon, rub side down. Cook 3 to 4 minutes. Turn fillets over and place entire pan in oven. Roast just until fish is opaque throughout, about 5 to 8 minutes.
