Instructions
Step 1
Soak chia seeds in water for at least 30 minutes. Add more water if they gel too thick.
Step 2
Mix everything together. Add more oats if too thin. Add more pumpkin if too thick.

Tweeked someone else's recipe. They didn't soak their chia seeds, so I added that step. I switched out 1/4 cup of honey for 1/4 cip of dark molasses just for some flavor variation, but you can use all honey. I made this huge batch so that I could freeze a lot to have on hand as a snack to keep me out of pastries and the like. Now it's just a matter of keeping my family out of my snacks. My kids love them.
