Garlic confit

Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Peel 3 heads of garlic and place in an oven safe dish or cast iron dish. Submerge the garlic in olive oil. Place in thyme and rosemary or other desired aromatics. Bake for 2 hours

Miso garlic butter

Step 2
Cook butter in a sauce pan over medium to high heat until butter browns and brown bits start forming. Mix often to prevent burning. Remove from heat and transfer to an heat safe container.

Once butter has cooled place butter container in a ice bath and whisk rigorously until browned butter thickens and becomes smooth. Then mix miso paste, ¼ cup honey, half of the confit garlic, and mince 3 cloves of fresh garlic

Toast sliced bread with olive oil drizzle until desired doneness

Spread browned butter mixture on presentation platter evenly. Top with the rest of confit garlic, honey, red pepper flakes, and minced parsley. Serve with toasted bread.
