Instructions

Step 1
Melt butter and set aside. In large bowl, whisk whole wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt . In medium bowl, combine eggs, applesauce, milk, honey and vanilla. Whisk until smooth and then add melted butter. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until dry is incorporated, batter will be thick. Scoop batter by 1/4 cup fulls onto hot griddle.
