Instructions

Step 1
Boil your water in a pan for the pasta.
Step 2
For the sauce:chop tomatoes and add to the pan along with 2 teaspoons of tomato purée and 1 teaspoon of the garlic and ginger paste. Add in a dash of chilli oil and normal sunflower oil as well or the pan and cook till a sauce. Add in some flat leaf parsley if using as well to the sauce.
Step 3
Cook the pasta for how ever long it says on the pack
Step 4
Drain your pasta and add it to the sauce
Step 5
Add in chop cucumber or any other salad vegetables using
Step 6
Add some cheese or any other toppings of your choice and enjoy!!
