Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg farenheit
Step 2
In a baking dish, mix all ingredients together, except the salt and pepper, with your hands. Make sure everything is well combined
Step 3
Cover dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes
Step 4
Remove cover and bake for an additional 10 minutes
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Step 6
Drizzle with more olive oil and sprinkle with additional oregano to serve
Step 7
Serve hot or cold
