125mlred wine vinegar

1beef stock cube

Instructions
Step 1
chop onion, pepper, carrots, celery + garlic, then set veg aside
Step 2
chop bacon + add to pan. fry on medium heat
Step 3
reduce heat and add all the veg, garlic and rosemary
Step 4
increase heat to medium-high and add mince
Step 5
add tinned tomatoes, tomato puree, sugar, cherry tomatoes, red wine vinegar, beef stock, and herbs/spices
Step 6
add spaghetti to salted water + cook
Step 7
when sauce is cooked through + tomatoes have broken down, reduce heat + add parmesan
Step 8
drain spaghetti + serve with sauce. add more cheese on top + basil
