It is the healthiest snack you can ever have, it is cheap, easy and extremely fast to make it ready. This version is with banana, oat meal, hazelnuts and dried cranberries.

Peel the banana and smash with a fork into a large bowl.

Add the both oatmeal and honey and mix with a spatula.

Add now crushed hazelnuts and dried cranberries. Mix again with your spatula.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray, give it a shape until is a couple of centimeters high. You can consider to place a baking sheet on the tray.
