Peel the banana and smash with a fork into a large bowl.

Add now crushed almonds, seeds and both dried cranberries and strawberries. Mix again with your spatula.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray, give it a shape until is a couple of centimeters high. You can consider to place a baking sheet on the tray.
