Instructions
Step 1
Preheat fan oven to 180c. Spray and line 12 hole muffin tin.
Step 2
Add all ingredients except chocolate chips in a blender and blend until smooth. Let mixture sit for 15mins to thicken.
Step 3
Pour the batter into the muffin tray filling halfway. Top with half of the chocolate chips and cover with remaining batter. Top with remaining chocolate chips
Step 4
Bake muffins for 20mins or until golden on top and cooked through. Let cool in tin before removing. Store in airtight container for 4days.
