Ingredients

For Cake
17gvanilla vegan protein powder
15goat flour
¼ tspbaking powder
¼ tspcinnamon
salt
1banana
large
¼ cupunsweetened almond milk
Vanilla frosting
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all cake ingredients in a bowl using only 1/2 of the banana until smooth. Spray a small ramekin with nonstick spray. Add batter to ramekin
Step 2
Bake in oven at 350° F for 8-10 minutes
Step 3
Let cool while mixing frosting ingredients until smooth.
Step 4
Add frosting and top with the other 1/2 of the banana in slices.
Step 5
Enjoy right away or let chill in fridge for 1 hour for a more dense texture and to let the frosting soak into the cake a bit.
